Haven’t gotten to post an actual blog in a while, i’ve been working alot! yes i said working!! i barely have time for anything anymore. My life really has become GYM GYM GYM GYM EAT GYM SLEEP SHOWER COOK EAT PREPPPP . But hey being busy is a good thing! my diet is coming along good . started the high and low days about a week ago . got my 2nd high day today and let me stress to you that DIET IS KEY! like ive been dieting since 17 weeks out . 4 weeks of dieting and i feel i already have made a drastic change and look amazing. i cant wait to see where i stand 12 weeks from now!!! =) . everyday im progressing better and better.. the only thing i’ve changed has beeen my diet. Training is the same and im getting stronger and stronger! cardio is still 6-7 times a week 30 mins thats it !! its not easy .. it sucks.. No drinking over 6 weeks already.. I cant eat out ..i dont even know what fun is .. but let me tell you the satisfaction of looking at yourself in the mirror and knowing you look amazing is such a great feeling. and thats why we do it.. the weak could not survive. well hate to cut this short but i gotta go bartend!!

Well yesterday was amazing. Got to was down to Gaspari nutrition and meet rich and his wife Lizz. I’ve been in talks with them for 6 months and I’m trying to be an official member of their team. I believe I’m on right path! I will be using all and only Gaspari Nutrition products going into this show. So I’m excited to see how well I’ll look. It’s been 6 days and I already feel and look great. 17!weeks away! Today I did legs and went pretty heavy. I’ve been. Backin off heavy weight but. If u want to grow u wanna go heavy! Then did some cardio. ! Tonight headed to Yonkers NY for my boy “gfella’s” event should be fun! Takin nice party buss. But the temptation to drink is at a HIGH -_- I will try my best to stay away :)
Woke up this morning with my back sore as all hell from yesterday! Also woke up nervous and anxious anticipating the airing of my episode on dr.drews life changers !!! Went to gym did cardio abs and tanned then went and got a hurr cutt ! Diets going good. Say shot everyday. Not gonna lie my lovely valentine made me home made chocolate covered strawberries! So sweet she was like I know I can’t really eat anything. So I got u strawberries and the lowest calorie chocolate I could find! How sweet :) ( no one ever does anything for me) so the Lil things mean the most! Loved it. Also I went and seen the vow last night! Great movie deff on my top 20 now. Wasn’t as sad as I thought it was gonna be. Anyways ya I had a couple strawberries but being 122 days out. No harm done :). Hope everyone got to tune into dr drew today. I actually loved how it came out they had to edit a lot out of me working Bcuz I curse tooo much and I’m too funny and dirty for day time tv! If u watched it hope you loved it :). Even though I love my home gym I do need a full time job blah :/ but it will be doing what i love ! Also on side note still waitin to find out when my meeting that was postponed yesterday will be!! Well last night I got a late email saying my meeting today was postponed !! Grrrrrrr but I’ve waited 6 months what’s another 2 days. Anyways it’s valentines day!! Woot woot. Not lol I can’t go out and enjoy any food nor drinks blah :( but my valentine can ;). Hmm did back and cardio today just another average day in gym. Nothing out of the ordinary today. Can’t wait to go see the “vow” tonight yaaaa no homo channing tatum had MADD swag. That’s about it… Drinking so much water is annoying I’m legit peeing every five min! So blah. The worst is having to get up in movie to pee lol hope it don’t happen tonight. Cravin sum Italian food but I’ll pretend my chicken is chicken parm! Tomorrow is an off day which means just cardio and abss and sum bronzing.

I am now 123 days out ! woke up this morning after a wonderful 12 hours of sleep and felt like a king ready to take on the world! MONDAY!! means work day right!? well in body building world its ushually PREP day. Wake up cook first meal get meal 2 and 3 ready for the gym and off to the gym to work out then go shopping and cook. I CANNONT STRIVE ENOUGH HOW MUCH PREP HELPS!!! PREP = SUCCESS.. when your bored you get hungry ! when your hungry you get even hungrier ! what do you do???!!? LOOK FOR FUCKING FOOOOD! that being said when your food is already prepared for the day and following days , there is no need to get HUNGRY! ive started eating my meals every 2 hours maybe a little longer if i cant get to have the meal but mostl 2-3 hours. Meaning im having 7 meals a day 2 being shakes! that allot of times to eat ! how can i possible still be hungry with all that …haaaa trust me you get bored of chicken rice and eggs real fast and crave the shittiest foods! im already addicted to chewing gum! im at a rate of a pack a day! but im 17 weeks out so no need to cut down my gum chewing for now!! NO SUGAR GUM! hmm ..today went well already feeeling amazing and in my eyes looking better.. Chest isnt as strong as i use to but oh well do bitches come up to u on beach and ask you how much you bench!????????nahhh they look at your muscles and your abs so weight is for ego baby! and ive thrown out the ego ! except if im training for strong man or a powerliftin contest ..tottally different! but this is body building people!
ANyways i was having a wonderful morning already , woke up ate on way to gym blasting my Gfella Track cruisin , read my horriscope everything is great! when i get to gym it gets even better!! first i see that they finally got more hoodys in ! ( THANK GOD Ive been wanting a golds gym new haven hoody) also EVEN Centopani was there filming and doing a photoshoot with MD and Per BERNEL ! or BERNAL idk how to spell dont critisize my spelling im in a rush and its my blog im not handing this into a professor for corrections! as im typing this i see all the red underlines like fuck i forget how to spell correctly oh well… but ya if you dont know per bernel then you dont know body building . hes basically the best of the best the photographer everyone wants to shoot with basically you shoot with him you know youve put in the work and you have made it! so that is always nice to see at hte gym deff motivates you to work out and in back of my mind im sayin yup thats gonna be me sometime soon ! YES I LOVE CAMERAS hate all you want! but besides that i probably have the BIGGEEST MEEETEING of MY LIFE TOMORROW !!! WITHHHHHH .——————??????? i wont jinx myself but lets just say they are a huge supplement company and i’ve loved them from day one and have always said id love to be a sponsored athelete but who am i ? im no Prob body builder im just emilio well guess what!? EMILIO IS GREATT so yea hoepfully this goes well … i just put food in oven gonna showerr and eat again!!!!!!!! blah valentines day really has me cravin some chocolate ! grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I want to start off by saying this is my first blog ever. If you don’t already know who i am here is a short summary:
I’m Emilio Masella 23 years old from East Haven, CT . Most people already know me as “MTV’s Jersey Shores Snooki’s Ex” . Beyond that the last couple years of my life have been well to say overwhelming. I went on to film my own show produced by Spencer Pratt & Heidi Montag (Which was never sold “Fistpumping4love”) soon after i moved in with Spencer and Heidi in MALIBU CA for about 3 months which was an amazing experience. I then went on to film a Reality show called “Love Games 2” on the Oxygen Network which is a Spin off of “The Bad Girls Club”.
Anyway back to why i’m making this. Growing up i was over weight my whole life. Always picked on in middle & high school. i’ve been called every name in the book. Upon graduating highschool i took it upon myself to get in shape. I was in the gym a year straight and went from 260+ to competing in my first show ever in 2009 at 163lbs as a middle weight !..
Here i am again almost 3 years later.. bigger..stronger..smarter… This is my Journey 124 days out….
